I had a package for a birthday that was not delivered when FedEx said and then FedEx would not update the delivery info. I called them first but go nowhere.
Cristin could not help on that but she did make me feel better by crediting back the shipping and following up with an email to make sure that I did receive it, which I finally did. She is an asset to your company.

I worked with Cristin on a simple mistake/replacement 'issue' on a hologram placement on a gift ordered for my husband on our anniversary and it was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. Communication was fantastic, questions were answered and the process was completely painless and fast. I feel like customer service is lacking in so many places and I can't say enough good about my experience with Cristin. 10 stars!
